Firstly, you should exercise. Doing exercise every day can help your body keep healthy. Secondly, having three good and healthy food is important,too. You shouldnt eat too much junk food. Thirdly, drink enough water and milk every day. Fourthly, you should get enough sleep. If you dont get enough sleep, you will feel tired and you wont concentrate better. Fifthly, you shouldnt drink, smoke and take drugs.
As is apparently shown in the chart above, many middle school students have problems both physically and mentally, with 百分之70 of the students having learning anxiety as well as poor eyesight, and a larger percentage lacking sleep. Coming next is the lack of physical exercise. 百分之40 of the students surveyed won’t obey their parents or teachers.In addition, Still fewer claim not to have enough communication with others.
As far as I am concerned, we students should balance our physical exercise and studies. Just as a saying goes: “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy,” without a sound body, one cannot achieve anything. However, too much attention has been paid only to studies. Therefore, I suggest we be given less homework and more time for out-of-classroom activities to solve all the problems. Only in this way can we lead a happy and healthy life.
Each of us should stay healthy, which is the foundation of our activities. Here are some ways to stay healthy.
It is important to keep our body healthy to avoid illness. There are many ways to keep ourselves healthy. First of all, we must eat healthily. We should eat less meat and more fruit and vegetables. Drinking eight cups of water a day is good for our body. Secondly, we should have at least eight hours of sleep a day. Thirdly, we should do more exercise because exercise help to build us strong and reduce fat in our body. We should always remember to lead a healthy life.
Here is my advice about how to keep healthy. On one hand, we should keep takingexercise every day. We can walk to school instead of taking a bus. Also, we canspend one hour playing ball games.One the other hand, our health depends on our eating and living habits. We shouldeat neither too much sugar nor junk food in restaurant like KFC. What’s more,we should from good habits, such as having regular meals every day and drinkingenough water.Last but not least, we must remember, early to bed, early to rise, the key to keeping healthy, wealthy and wise.
It is necessary to keep a balanced diet if you want to keep healthy.Youd better eat enough vegatables which contain rich vitamin, proper meat is needed,too. Avoid fried or toasted food.It is important to do regular exercises, such as running or playing badminton. Keeping high mood is good for mentally health. We should renew our spirits and release our stress, so that we can have a good attitude towards life. To enjoy our beautiful life, we must be bound to keep healthy.
